It is with the deepest of regrets that we have to announce the sudden passing of Ron Heels, aka "Don Ron" of Heroes Bar on Cala d'Or Marina, over the weekend of 6/7 August 2011 at the age of just 57.

Don was quite simply one of those nice guys who come around every so often and to have known him was a great pleasure. Cala d'Or will be a sadder place without him. I know we shall miss him.
